A cloud still hangs over the club as we learned that Phil has Covid and pneumonia and is on oxygen 24/7, trying to get his numbers up. We're all praying for a complete recovery!!
Susan ran the meeting and was recognized as a new Paul Harris Society Member by District Governor Dan Gensler who presented her with a certificate and a pin by District Foundation Treasurer James Morrison. She has committed to making a $1000 donation each year to The Rotary Foundation - thank you, Susan!!

Many happy dollars went for having George at the meeting on zoom from his rehab bed and for the caregivers and physical therapists who are helping him
Javier Guerrero, President & CEO of Coastal Roots Farm and Kesha Spoor, Director of Philanthropy, shared how this 22 acre farm in Encinitas practices sustainable farming and shares their harvest with communities that lack access to healthy food, inspired by Jewish wisdom and agricultural traditions. We can't wait to visit and help on the farm!
