We joined the Nature Collective at the Stonebridge Trail head of the San Elijo Lagoon
Volunteers led us on an informative hike, identifying native plants before we began our work of pulling invasive ones
Native plants include the California poppy, cobweb thistle, and white sage
While carrying out our bags and supplies we came across a woodrat nest
before heading to San Dieguito County Park for a quick lunch from Goodonya and more non-native plant pulling
