ROTARIANS AT WORK DAY, Sat. April 29, 2023; 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
I am thrilled to share with you the schedule for the upcoming Rotarian Day at Work. Our meeting point is at the lower lot of San Dieguito Park, and from there, we will walk to our La Orilla restoration site to begin the day's activities.
We plan to meet at 9:00 am sharp in the lower parking lot at San Dieguito, and then proceed with a one-hour guided tour of the restoration site at La Orilla. This tour will provide valuable insights into the importance of this restoration work.
After the tour, we will continue with the restoration activities until noon, followed by a catered lunch at the park. We would like to keep this event to a maximum of 40 volunteers, and we will invite 10 volunteers from Solana Beach Eco Rotary Club, 10 volunteers from Encinitas Rotary Club, and 20 volunteers from Del Mar Solana Beach Rotary Club.
I look forward to working with all of you on this essential environmental conservation project and having a successful and productive day. If you need additional information or have any questions about this event, please do not hesitate to let me know.

We have scheduled DEL MAR SOLANA BEACH ROTARY CLUB to volunteer on Tuesday, May 16th for our Tuesday Evening Food Sorting Volunteers Shift from 6:00pm-8:00pm. We have reserved this time for up to 15 volunteers. If you know ahead of time that you expect less, please let me know as soon as possible so we can release the spaces.
All volunteers that are part of your group should sign up to participate by using the easy steps provided below. This helps us collect volunteer waivers, allows us to know how many volunteers to expect, and makes the sign in process for your group members much smoother. Please have each individual volunteer complete this step themselves versus having one person do it for everyone.
