About City of Del Mar

Bio: Ex Mayor Dave Druker has lived with his wife Kristen, a retired history teacher from The Bishop’s School, in Del Mar for 30 years.  He believes that Del Mar’s unique community of technology and biotech professionals can spearhead programs to make the city safer, greener, healthier, technologically sophisticated, and energy efficient.

On the professional front, Dave is an Executive Vice President with DataSkill, a software engineering firm that specializes in IBM Watson software. Data Skill is building artificial intelligence products under its Acumi brand in the healthcare, financial, and customer care areas.

Councilmember Druker isn’t new to public office.  From 1996 – 2008, he served on the Del Mar City Council, three of those years having served as the City’s Mayor.
